Our "SAGE" Sheet Set is Stonewashed 100% French Flax Linen. 

The perfect addition to keep you cool this summer, with a 100% Natural bedding it will help naturally regulate your body temperature while you sleep. 

 •Linen is a highly breathable fabric, it softens with age, it’s non-allergenic, naturally insect repellent and gives UV protection. It is woven from the natural fibres of flax seed, making it a natural product and let’s not forget that it looks absolutely stunning.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND

You are welcome to request a change of mind return within 14-days of receiving your order. You must email your return request to: hello@selahandstone.com.au prior to returning your order.

Unfortunately, Change of Mind returns are only available for our Australian customers at this time.

In order for your return to be approved your order must be in the same condition as you received it: Unopened, unused, with all tags and labels attached. Please do not unfold or remove the bedding from the fabric bag. Bedding cannot be washed or slept in. 

Returns must be placed in a protective satchel/mailer when shipped back to us. They cannot be sent in only the clear plastic bag. Please do not dispose of the clear plastic bag, as it must be kept on the product (for added production during transit), and placed in a satchel/mailer for return. 

Selah + Stone is not liable for any returns which are lost or damaged during shipping back to us. Please make sure items are well protected prior to shipping them.

Upon approval of your request we will provide a paid Australia Post return label which can be printed, and attached to your return then dropped off at your local Australia Post Office. A Flat-Rate Fee of $19.95 will be deducted from your total refund to cover the cost of the return. 

Once we receive your order return we will check to make sure it is in an unused condition, if it is, a refund will be made to your original payment method less the fees mentioned above. This may take up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank and payment method.

If the items are found not be in the same condition as when they were sent your return will be declined and items will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.  

Seconds / As-Is Items

Unfortunately we not accept change of mind, or faulty returns for these items as they are sold as-is.

Faulty Items

At Selah + Stone we love quality! We only use the highest quality linens available. Each order is strictly quality checked before we pack and ship it out to you, that being said:

In the rare chance that your item arrives faulty/damaged you need to report it to us within 14-days of receiving your order at: hello@selahandstone.com.au- We will arrange for the return shipment and cover the cost, should the item be found faulty/damaged, and will ship you a replacement item at no extra charge.

Please note: General wear and tear that occurs over time with normal use is not considered a fault of the product.

Unfortunately, after 14-days we cannot accept any requests for returns. 

To ensure our luxurious linen achieves its signature softness and durability, each piece is stonewashed before it reaches you. For the first wash, please launder your new linen separately from other items.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine Wash: Use a gentle cycle with similar colors at 30º C. Hand-washing is not recommended.
• Dry Cleaning: Our Quilts and Coverlets can also be dry cleaned if preferred.
• Detergent: Use a gentle fabric detergent. Do not apply detergent directly to the quilt. Always dilute with water before adding it to your washing machine. Avoid bleach, soaking, stain removers, and fabric softeners. Note: Avoid using the detergent brand "Earth Choice Wool and Delicates" as it can cause discoloration and staining.

Drying Instructions:

• Tumble Dry: We recommend tumble drying as it is important your linen is dried quickly and thoroughly to avoid watermarks. Avoid over-drying.
• Line Drying: Not recommended for our Quilts and Coverlets.
