Unfortunately we are unable to accept Change of Mind returns for our International customers.

Unfortunately, Change of Mind returns are only available for our Australian customers at this time.

Faulty Items

At Selah + Stone we love quality! We only use the highest quality linens available. Each order is strictly quality checked before we pack and ship it out to you, that being said:

In the rare chance that your item arrives faulty/damaged you need to report it to us within 14-days of receiving your order at: hello@selahandstone.com - We will arrange for the return shipment and cover the cost, should the item be found faulty/damaged, and will ship you a replacement item at no extra charge.

Please note: General wear and tear that occurs over time with normal use is not considered a fault of the product.

Unfortunately, after 14-days we cannot accept any requests for returns. 

In order to give our beautiful linen the softest texture and strength it is stonewashed prior to coming to you.

For the first wash, we advise washing your new linen separate to your other washing.

-Machine Wash on a gentle cycle with similar colours up to 86º F.

Alternatively our Quilts & Coverlets can be dry cleaned.

Do not bleach, soak, use any stain removing products, or any fabric softeners.

A gentle fabric softener is recommended. Do not place the fabric softener directly on the quilt and we recommend to always dilute with water.

-Tumble Dry on low-heat. Avoid over-drying. Line drying is not recommended for our Quilts & Coverlets
