Promotions: Terms and Conditions and Winners

Part A: Win-Back Day Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter. Selah + Stone, Selah and Stone Pty Ltd, ABN 39 671 145 707, 26/19 Cornhill Street, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156 ("we", "us").

2. Promotions covered. These terms apply to every Win-Back Day we run. Each Win-Back Day is added to the Current Promotions table in Part B when it starts, with its promotion period, prize and number of winners.

3. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over who place an order at selahandstone.com.au during the promotion period. Our employees, their immediate families and our agencies are not eligible.

4. Qualifying orders. Every order paid at selahandstone.com.au during the promotion period is eligible, unless it is cancelled, fully returned or refunded before winners are selected. Phone, email, wholesale, marketplace and test orders do not qualify.

5. How winners are selected. Winners are selected from qualifying orders by Selah + Stone at its absolute discretion. Selection is not based on chance, and no order is guaranteed to be selected. Our decision is final.

6. Prize. A full refund of the selected order's total, including shipping and shipping protection, to the original payment method. The winner keeps the products. The prize is not transferable.

7. Notifying and paying winners. Winners are selected, refunded and emailed at the address on their order by 10:00 am (Melbourne time) the day after the promotion period ends, and in any case within 7 days. Banks, Afterpay, Zip and PayPal may take a few business days to show the refund. The winning order is still sent as normal.

8. Publishing winners. On the day winners are selected or drawn, we publish each winner's first name, last initial and state on this page and on our Winners page. To ask us not to publish your details, email hello@selahandstone.com.au.

9. Privacy. We use entrants' details only to run the promotion and contact winners, in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Returns after winning. A winning order that is later returned is not refunded twice.

11. Changes. We may change, suspend or end a promotion if something beyond our reasonable control affects it. Any change is published on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Part A2: Win Your Bedroom Terms and Conditions (random draw)

1. Promoter. As in Part A.

2. Promotion period and prize. Each Win Your Bedroom promotion is added to the Current Promotions table in Part B when it starts, with its promotion period, the prize and its maximum recommended retail price (RRP), and the draw date. The total prize value of each promotion is no more than $3,000 RRP.

3. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our employees, their immediate families and our agencies are not eligible.

4. How to enter. Every order paid at selahandstone.com.au during the promotion period is one entry. No extra purchase or cost is needed beyond the order. Orders cancelled, or fully returned or refunded before the draw, are removed from the draw. Phone, email, wholesale and test orders are not entries.

5. The prize. One prize, as listed in Part B, delivered free within Australia. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

6. The draw. The winner is drawn at random by computer from all entries at 10:00 am (Melbourne time) on the day after the promotion period ends (the draw date listed in Part B), at 26/19 Cornhill Street, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156. A record of the draw (number of entries and the result) is kept.

7. Winner notification and claiming the prize. The winner is emailed at the address on their order on the day of the draw, with the list of prize options available to choose from. To claim the prize, the winner replies to that email with their choices within 14 days of the draw. The winner is published (first name, last initial, state) on this page and on our Winners page on the day of the draw.

8. Unclaimed prize. If the winner has not replied with their choices within 14 days of the draw, an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at 10:00 am (Melbourne time) on the 14th day after the draw, at the same place and by the same method, and the new winner will be emailed on the day of the redraw. A redraw winner has 14 days from the redraw to reply with their choices; if they do not, a further redraw takes place on the same basis until the prize is claimed.

9. Privacy, changes and consumer law. Clauses 9 and 11 of Part A apply.

Part D: Past promotions (historical record)

The promotions below ran before we published terms and conditions. This is a record of each one and its winners, published on 7 October 2026. The terms in Parts A and A2 apply to promotions from 7 October 2026 onwards. In each, the winning customers received a full refund of their order.

A note from Jacob and Tegan: when we reviewed every past Win-Back Day in October 2026, we found four days where winners were never chosen or refunded (November 2023, two days in June 2026 and one in August 2026), and some past refunds that left out shipping or shipping protection. We've put it right: winners for those days have been selected and refunded in full, and we've refunded the missing amounts wherever we could. It was never intentional, and we're sorry. That's why we now publish every winner here.
